The Communication room is the Reacher's home. You see: pending email approvals, outreach activity, and inbox. Approve drafts, review sent emails, and handle replies. The Reacher drafts; you approve. Benefit: one place for all outreach.
The Deals room shows your pipeline as a Kanban board. Drag deals between stages. The Deal Manager and Booker coordinate emails and meetings. Click a deal to see details and chat with Maestro about next steps.
The Meetings room shows meeting notes from the Notetaker. View summaries, action items, and next steps. Enable the Notetaker in Profile > Integrations to have it join your calls and create notes automatically.
