Use Zoom instead of Google Meet for scheduled meetings. The Booker creates Zoom links and adds them to calendar invites.
If you have a Zoom account, you can set Harp to use Zoom for meetings instead of Google Meet. Ask Maestro, "Use Zoom for meetings", or change the setting in agent config. The Booker will create Zoom links for new meetings.
When the Booker schedules a meeting, it creates a Zoom meeting and adds the link to the calendar invite. Attendees get the Zoom link in the invite. You'll need a Zoom account connected; check Profile > Integrations for Zoom setup.
