Gmail is required for the Reacher to send emails. Once connected, the Reacher drafts in your voice, you approve, and emails send through your Gmail account. Replies land in your inbox and the team tracks them. Benefit: one inbox, no separate tool to check.
Go to Profile > Integrations. Click Connect next to Gmail. Complete the OAuth flow. Harp requests minimal permissions: send email on your behalf and read messages for threads the team is managing. You can disconnect anytime.
Approved emails send from your Gmail address. Recipients see your real email, not a generic Harp address. When prospects reply, the team sees it and can draft a response for your approval. Open and reply tracking happens automatically.
