Teach, Monitor, and Autopilot

Harp has three phases: Teach (you train the team), Monitor (you review and approve), and Autopilot (the team runs with minimal oversight).

Teach phase

Early on, you're actively training the team. Add learnings, run 1-on-1s, approve every email, and give feedback on leads. The more you teach, the better the team performs. Most users spend 1-2 weeks in this phase.

Monitor phase

Once the team is performing well, you shift to monitoring. Review drafts in batches, check pipeline health via Maestro, and approve replies. Initial and follow-up emails can run automatically. You're still in control but spending less time on routine tasks.

Autopilot phase

Mature users let the team run most of the workflow. Prospector and Qualifier run on their own. Reacher sends first touches and follow-ups automatically. You approve replies and show up to meetings. Benefit: scale your outbound without scaling your hours.
