First Steps After Sign-Up

What happens during onboarding

When you sign up, Harp starts researching your company from your website URL. By the time you finish onboarding, Maestro already knows your company name, industry, and what you sell. Benefit: the team is ready to work from day one.

Onboarding walks you through: connecting Gmail and Google Calendar, defining your ideal customer profile (ICP), and optionally running a Tone of Voice 1-on-1 so the Reacher sounds like you from the start.

Connect Gmail and Calendar

Gmail powers the Reacher: drafting, sending, and tracking emails. Google Calendar powers the Booker: scheduling demos and meetings. Connect both in Profile > Integrations. The setup is a few clicks with OAuth. Benefit: no API keys or technical setup.

Define your ideal customer

Your ICP tells the Prospector who to find. Specify industries, company size, job titles, geography, and any custom criteria. You can have multiple ICPs for different segments. The Qualifier uses the same criteria to score leads. The sharper your ICP, the better your lead quality.

Run your first 1-on-1

1-on-1 coaching meetings teach the team about your business. Start with Tone of Voice: paste 1-2 real emails you've sent, and Maestro will capture your style for the Reacher.
