What the Reacher does

The Reacher drafts personalized emails that sound like you. It researches each prospect, references something specific (recent funding, a hire, a launch), and connects it to a problem you solve. You approve every email before it sends, so nothing goes out without your sign-off. Benefit: higher reply rates because every email feels human and relevant.

The Reacher uses your knowledge base when drafting. Add battle cards, pricing info, or objection handling tips, and it'll pull from them to make emails more relevant.

The approval flow

When the Reacher drafts an email, it appears in the Communication room as a pending item. Click to review, edit if needed, then approve or reject. Approved emails send automatically through your connected Gmail. You can also ask Maestro "show pending approvals" to see what's waiting.

Reply emails always need your approval, so the team never sends a reply without you. For initial and follow-up emails, you can choose: approve each one, or let the team send them automatically once you've built trust.

How the Reacher writes

The Reacher avoids generic cold email phrases like "I came across your profile" or "Hope this email finds you well." Every opening line references something concrete: a funding round, a hire, a post they shared. One clear ask. Plain language. No marketing fluff.

When you approve or reject, the Reacher learns. "Tone is too formal" or "Love this" both teach it. The more you use Harp, the better first drafts get.

Using your knowledge base

Add knowledge cards for pricing, competitive intel, objection handling. The Reacher uses them when drafting. The sharper your knowledge base, the better your emails. Do a Tone of Voice 1-on-1 early so the Reacher learns how you actually write.
