What Maestro does

Maestro is your main point of contact with the AI team. It can:

  • Research any company: funding, leadership, recent news
  • Show your pipeline, leads, and deals
  • Add new leads or deals when you ask
  • Show what's waiting for your approval
  • Create and update knowledge cards
  • Update your company profile and ideal customer
  • Change how agents work (e.g., qualification bar, meeting platform)
  • Answer questions about how Harp works
  • View your calendar and schedule meetings (if connected)

Maestro knows what every agent is doing. When you open a new chat, it often surfaces what matters before you ask: hot leads, pending approvals, deals that need attention. You save time by getting answers without digging through the platform.

Accessing Maestro

Maestro appears on most pages as a chat panel on the right. You can also:

  • Use the floating button (bottom-right) when the panel isn't visible
  • Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open it from anywhere

Maestro is always one keystroke away.

What you can ask

Maestro can help with almost anything in the platform. Try:

  • "Show pending approvals" - See emails waiting for your review
  • "Research Acme Corp" - Add a company as a lead
  • "Create a deal for [Company]" - Start tracking a deal
  • "What are agents doing?" - Get a status summary
  • "How's my pipeline?" - Pipeline health and recommendations
  • "Lower the qualification bar" - See more leads
  • "Tell the Reacher to use professional but warm tone" - Teach the team your style

When Maestro answers from web research, it links to sources so you can verify.

Proactive greetings

When you start a new chat, Maestro often summarizes what's relevant to the page you're on. On Home: pipeline, pending tasks, coaching meetings. On Leads: newest leads, highest scores. On Deals: hottest deals, stalled opportunities. On Knowledge: recent cards, topic gaps. It keeps it short and ends with one actionable suggestion.

Teaching and tweaking agents

You can change how agents work by talking to Maestro. Want the Qualifier to be less strict? Ask. Want Zoom instead of Google Meet for meetings? Ask. Want the Reacher to sound more casual? Add a learning. Maestro will update the settings and, when it might conflict with something you've taught before, it'll ask first.
