The Deal Manager tracks your pipeline and keeps things moving. When a lead qualifies, it creates a deal. When a prospect replies, it coordinates the next step: drafting an email, scheduling a meeting, or following up. It works with the Reacher (emails) and the Booker (meetings) so you don't have to orchestrate. Benefit: nothing falls through the cracks.

The Deal Manager creates tasks for emails, meetings, and follow-ups. It can run them immediately or schedule them for later, e.g., "follow up in 3 days." You can also group related tasks into a sequence (e.g., an email sequence) and approve them per task or all at once.
You can choose whether emails need your approval before sending. Start with approval on: review every email. As trust builds, you can turn on autopilot for initial and follow-up emails. Replies always need your approval. You can also set the default meeting platform (Google Meet or Zoom).
