The Booker schedules demos and meetings. Learn how it works with your calendar and meeting flow.

The Booker schedules demos and meetings. When a prospect replies and wants to meet, the Deal Manager coordinates with the Booker. The Booker proposes a time, attendees, and platform (Google Meet or Zoom). You approve before anything goes on your calendar. Same for rescheduling or canceling-you always approve first.
Connect your Google Calendar in Profile > Integrations. Once connected, the Booker can create, update, and delete calendar events. For Zoom meetings, it creates the Zoom link and adds it to the calendar invite. You'll get meeting prep with each invite: company summary, talking points, potential objections. Benefit: show up prepared without extra prep work.
When the team wants to schedule a meeting, you'll see a task in the Communication room. You'll see the proposed time, attendees, and platform. Approve it and the event goes on your calendar. Reject it and nothing happens. Reschedule and cancel work the same way-you always approve first.
You can set the default meeting length (e.g., 30 or 45 minutes) and whether meetings use Google Meet or Zoom. Ask Maestro, "Use Zoom for meetings" or "Default to 45-minute meetings", and it'll update the settings.
