Structured meetings with Maestro to build battle cards, tone of voice, objection handling, and more. Learn the available meeting types.
What are 1-on-1 coaching meetings
1-on-1 coaching meetings are structured sessions with Maestro where you teach the team about your business. Each meeting has a specific goal and agenda. Maestro guides you through it: researching topics, asking questions, and saving what you share as knowledge cards and learnings. Your progress is tracked so you can see which meetings you've done. Benefit: your AI team gets smarter the more you invest in these sessions.
Meeting types
- Competitor Analysis: Build battle cards for your top competitors. Maestro researches your space, suggests competitors, then deep dives on each: pricing, strengths, weaknesses, how to win.
- Tone of Voice: Define how you write. Paste 1–2 real emails you've sent. Maestro proposes your style, dos and don'ts, and saves it so the Reacher sounds like you.
- Value Proposition: Sharpen your value prop and positioning. Review what you have, identify win/loss patterns, craft pitch variants.
- Product Features & Benefits: Map your features to the problems they solve. Connect each feature to who cares and why.
- Pricing & Packaging: Document your pricing. Tiers, price points, upgrade triggers, discount ranges.
- Objection Handling: Build an objection playbook. Identify the objections that kill or stall deals, build response frameworks.
- Buyer Personas & Pain Points: Define 2–4 buyer personas with roles, priorities, pain points, buying triggers.
- Industry & Market Landscape: Map target industries, trends, terminology. Build a glossary of terms prospects use.
- Closing & Negotiation: Define deal stages, closing approach, what's negotiable, escalation rules.
How to use them
Start a 1-on-1 from the Agent Meetings page or the 1-on-1s carousel on Home. Choose a meeting type. Maestro welcomes you and walks you through the agenda. Work through each item: Maestro will research, ask questions, and save what you share. When you're done, Maestro wraps up with a summary.
Tip: Do Tone of Voice early so the Reacher sounds like you from day one. Do Competitor Analysis next so your battle cards are ready before outreach starts.
